It is full of heartbreaking stories and hard choices. And it makes me pause. We all really do need to have a discussion with our family or close friends about what we want to happen in the event of a debilitating and potentially life ending medical condition. And we need to carefully consider what cost, financially and emotionally, is worth extending life in that case. Have you talked about this issue yet?
